Couple bug fixes and Linux release

Great Fairy pass now has Linux Release

Changes :

• Fixed bug where the Beatmap sometimes off sync with the music
• Fixed Missing Texture when rendering with older GPUs
• Changed the beat 12/1234 to 12/12 to follow the beat measure
• Adjusted the scroll background animation to stop right around when the music loops
